The UNIQLO app provides a digital storefront for customers to browse through and facilitate online purchases. As a global retailer that focuses on functional and fashionable clothing, the app should facilitate a positive experience and help promote online sales. As of now, the app lacks a user-friendly experience, discouraging online shoppers from purchasing. Overwhelming categories and lack of personalization prevents UNIQLO from reaching an online audience. By simplifying the browsing experience and expediting the checkout experience, this app becomes a convenient alternative to in-person shopping.‍
