Our exhibition celebrates the people, processes, values, and creative works that define SJSU’s BFA Graphic Design Program. UNFOLD is the conceptual representation of how the BFA transforms us into designers, reshaping the way that we interact with the world. As you gain knowledge on design principles and rules, you begin applying them everywhere and see art in the ordinary. Split into core stages–On the Surface, In the Details, and At the Core–we follow our journeys as designers from the earliest stages of learning design principles to creating meaningful and conceptually strong work.
